This group class is gently paced and carefully crafted to release muscle tension, increase breath awareness, and support healthy joint mobility. Expect much or all of this class to be low to the mat with minimal standing poses. Appropriate for all levels of experience. Cues for the use of yoga props (blocks, a strap, blankets, and/ or a chair) will be offered; however, prop use is optional. 60 minutes. $15, packages available.
