Multi-Level Yoga

This group class incorporates classic yoga poses, flowing sequences, and moments of pause for a well-paced yet balanced class. Expect attention to alignment and guidance to link breath and movement. Some experience is recommended though options for various levels of experience are provided. Cues for the use of yoga props (blocks, a strap, blankets) may be offered; however, prop use is optional. 60 minutes. $15, packages available.
